Ordering
To email your order simply highlight the title of the item you would
like to purchase, paste it into the body of your email and indicate
the quantity you would like to purchase and how you would like to pay.
Please include a telephone number where I can reach you.

Payment Methods
Gabrielle Becker Designs (GBD) accepts payment by personal check, Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, money orders, cashier’s checks, and PayPal.
U.S. dollars only.
Personal checks
- We will ship the items when the check has cleared. If the check
bounces you will be responsible for paying the all of the fees related
to the NSF transaction. Checks should be made out to either Gabrielle
Becker or GBD please.
PayPal
- If you have a Paypal account you can 'Send' payment for Goods
to the following address: gbdesigns@charter.net. I do not accept credit cards
through PayPal.
Credit Card
- We can either email you an invoice through our credit card processor
ProPay or you can supply the required credit card information to us
via telephone/email, whichever you are most comfortable with.
With Pro-Pay, you do not need to sign up or be a member. We will email
you an invoice
through Pro-pay and all you have to do is follow the instructions in the
email which will direct you to a secure server where you will enter
your credit card information. Your package will be shipped when the
ProPay transaction has been completed (generally 2-3 days). Please note
that when you get your credit card statement the Transaction Description
will read gbdesigns@charter.net 952-484-9910.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added on at 6.5% for Minnesota residents. Sales tax will
be added on at 6.75% for sales subject to the new Transit Improvement tax, effective
July 1, 2008.
Custom Orders
We require a deposit of 50% of the estimated price on all custom orders.
This deposit is non-refundable if the order has been started or when additional
inventory has been purchased for your order. Custom orders generally take 10-14
days depending on the complexity of the request. The order may take longer
depending the time of year as well, i.e. Mother’s Day and Christmas
season, so plan ahead!
Packaging
All purchases come packaged in an attractive organza pouch with satin
drawstrings. If you would like us to send an item to another address, and are
paying by other than credit card, we would be happy to mail you the receipt
separately, just ask.
Shipping
We ship via USPS First Class Mail (4-6 days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3
days), depending on your need. We can ship via Fed-Ex or UPS at your
request in which case actual shipping charges would apply. First Class
Mail starts at $2.00 (up to 13 oz package weight) and Priority Mail starts at $4.80.
Rush orders may cost more. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.
When shipping charges apply, the actual shipping charges will be
calculated when the package is ready for shipping.
Guarantees/Repairs
We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry for years to
come! We will make any necessary repairs or replace items found to be
defective in workmanship within one year of purchase. Workmanship does
not include the breakage of glass and crystal beads, delicate
stones and pearls, or breakage of stringing materials from rough wear.
You should be aware that certain components of your
jewelry are more delicate than the sterling silver and gold-filled metals.
Use proper care and caution when wearing your jewelry and you will get
many years of enjoyment from it. To reduce tarnishing on your sterling silver
jewelry, store it in a closed zip lock type baggie.
Please contact us BEFORE sending anything back
and let us know what your concerns are, we will then tell you where
to send the item for repair. That way we will be expecting it and will
be prepared to make the repairs as quickly as possible.
